5- Brecon Special Reserve Gin
Penderyn Distillery is an award-winning gin which is distilled using botanicals from across the world. This gin is flavoured with Juniper from Macedonia, orange peel from Spain, Madagascan cinnamon, Chinese cassia bark, Sri Lankan liquorice, French angelica root, Russian coriander, Spanish lemon peel, Italian orris root and Indian nutmeg. To create this clear, crisp, clean and exceptionally smooth gin, the 10 specially selected botanicals, married with Penderyn barley spirit and waters drawn from the Penderyn Distillery in the Brecon Beacons National Park in Wales, UK.
6- Merywen Gin
Merywen Gin comes from the North Star Distillery, which was opened in 2016 in North Wales. Merywen Gin’s botanicals include juniper, gorse and heather. The taste is herbaceous with a drying, subtly peppery juniper sitting at the core, with a touch of berry sweetness surrounding it.
