About this Recipe
The Gin Fizz is a classic cocktail which we consider a staple. In truth it is much like a whisky fizz but with gin instead. These two drinks are not alone as a number have taken the "fizz" name over the years. The Gin Fizz is light, sour, citrusy and does not interfere with your gin too much. So, we suggest using a good gin.
Ingredients:
- 60ml Quality Gin
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 20ml Simple Syrup
- 60ml Soda Water
- 1 Egg White
- Garnish with Lemon Peel
Method:
- Pour the gin, juice, sugar, syrup, and egg white into an ice filled cocktail shaker.
- Shake it baby! Shake a little more because you're using an egg white.
- Strain into a chilled ice filled Copa Glass!
- Top up with soda water.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon peel.
- ENJOY!
