Elderflower Martini

A classic recipe to be enjoyed by all by keeping the traditional cocktail recipe aside.  It comes with touches of gin, vodka, elderflower liqueur, lime juice and garnished with a sprig of mint.  You can simply go to taste the mild sweetness of the elderflower whilst sipping the ice drink.

Ingredients

• 30 ml gin
• 30 ml vodka
• 30 ml St-Germain
• 15ml lemon juice, freshly squeezed
• Fresh mint sprig, to garnish

Equipment: Shaker, strainer

Method:

• Add ice into a martini glass or coupe.
• Add the wet ingredients and shake well.
• Serve garnished with a sprig of mint.

Food Pairing: Spicy chips and cool salsa.
