Mojito Cocktail Recipe
The Mojito is one of the most recognisable cocktails, dating back to the 1500s; when an explorer successfully conquered a Spanish city, he moved on towards Cuba. Unfortunately, his team became ill with scurvy on the way to Cuba; he knew he had to find a medicine for this; he mixed lime juice, sugar cane and mint together; this is when the refreshing Mojito began. The team brought the recipe back to Europe, and this was when sparkling water was added, and it was served in a highball glass. There is now a wide array of different varieties, but we're going to show you how to make a classic mojito.
