How To Make A Gingerbread Martini

Our gingerbread martini recipe will get you and your loved ones into the festive spirit— it's the perfect tipple at Christmas. This cocktail doesn't just taste amazing; it also looks incredible. We are combining vodka, gingerbread syrup, kahlua and Irish cream to make this gingerbread cocktail. 

How To Make Gingerbread Syrup

You can buy gingerbread syrup, but if you want to feel extra festive, you can make your own! Gently heat 300g of golden caster sugar and 200ml of water in a saucepan. Add 1tbs of ground ginger and one cinnamon stick, then simmer for 5 minutes. Pour the syrup into a glass bottle ready to use for your Christmas cocktails.

Gingerbread Martini Ingredients 

• 50ml Vodka
• 50ml Kahlua 
• 50ml Irish Cream
• 20ml Gingerbread Syrup
• Mini Gingerbread Man (Garnish)
• Ice

Step By Step Guide To Making The Gingerbread Martini

Step One: Chill your coupe cocktail glass in the freezer 15 minutes before you make your cocktail. 

Step Two: Fill your cocktail shaker with ice, and add in all ingredients above apart from the garnish. Then shake well.

Step Three: Strain into your chilled coupe cocktail glass. Garnish with your gingerbread man. Enjoy!
