• 100ml of Gin
• 120ml of Water
• Four Cardamom PodsFour Whole Cloves
• Two Cinnamon Stick
• 1 tbsp Orange Juice
• 1 tbsp Clear Honey
• 1 tbsp Lemon Juice

Step One: Add cardamom, cloves, cinnamon stick and water into your saucepan. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 minutes to let the spices infuse.
